Single Coil Spring Seal - 41 & 42

Single coil spring seal - 41 & 42 is engineered in accordance with international industrial standard. It’s designed in accordance with the shaft rotation. Its rotating seal ring is designed as right hand Spring for shaft rotation and vice-versa. Its (single coil spring seal – 41) torque transmission from drive collar to spring and seal ring design, make these extensively effective and useful and in seal type 42 ('V' Packing Type) is designed as torque transmission from drive collar to spring and seal ring to be done through sturdy drive lugs.

These are extensively used in various centrifugal pumps and other allied devices with rotating shaft, for handling various suspended solid slurry, crystallizing slurry, chemical slurry, saturated chemical slurry and other allied slurries. These are designed with Single Acting unbalance pusher type mechanical seal and inside mounted mechanical seal. Type 42 seal is having universal chemical compatibility due to design of PTFE elastomeric and spring design depended on shaft rotation.

Single coil spring seal - 43 & 44 is uniquely designed and developed using best available techniques and it is dependent on the shaft rotation. Its design is with sliding face of the rotating seal ring is designed as right handed shaft rotation needs a right hand spring and vice-versa. Uniquely designed seal type 44 ('V' packing type) is designed as torque transmission from drive collar to seal ring to be done through sturdy drive lugs and seal type 43 ('O' ring type) is designed as torque transmission from drive collar to seal ring to be done through sturdy drive lugs.

These are extensively applicable for centrifugal pumps with rotating shafts and widely used for handling various crystallizing slurry, general chemical slurry, suspended solid slurry and saturated chemical slurry. These can be availed in various technical specifications and range. These are basically a single acting unbalance pusher mechanical seals with inside mounted mechanical seals. Besides the, Type 44 seal is universal chemical compatibility due to design of PTFE elastomer.
